  • Re-Discovering Self:  Strengths, Goals and Purpose 

    Why do I feel stuck? What Now? What is my purpose? What are my strengths and passions?

  • Grief, Loss and “Post-Transition Growth”

    Understanding disenfranchised grief and loss, Cultivating growth and hope, Meaning-making. What do I want now?

The goal of the workshop is to:

  • Foster a sense of community and shared support

  • Provide practical tools for navigating life’s changes

  • Gain insight into yourself and what may be holding you back

  • Explore opportunities for growth to curate your next chapter
